4000 украденных iPhone всплыли в России?

Несколько дней назад в Бельгии были украдены 4000 iPhone. Полиция сбилась с ног в поисках пропажи. Согласно информации с сайта Touchmyapps, эти телефоны активированы/использованы в России. Они были реализованы местными дистрибьютероми в партиях по 100 штук.

Покупатели могут получить неприятный сюрприз, если окажутся не осведомлены, откуда их телефоны. Если iPhone будет сразу распакован и подключен к сети без снятия блокировки SIM, любая попытка зайти на сервер Apple (iTunes Store или AppStore) передаст о нем информацию, а у Apple и Интерпола есть данные о всех украденных iPhone. Последние, очевидно, уже сделали запрос операторам на блокирование доступа в сеть украденных телефонов, определенных по IMEI.
