Пока многие находятся в предвкушении скорого анонса Google Nexus One, издание Engadget уже ознакомилось с этим телефоном и поделилось первыми впечатлениями. Далее характеристики нового смартфона от поискового гиганта.
Nexus One: производитель HTC, ОС Android 2.1; процессор 1 ГГц Snapdragon; дисплей 3.7-дюймов, разрешение 480×800; 512Мб ROM и 512 Мб RAM; карточка 4GB microSD (расширяется до 32 Гб); датчик освещенности, датчик расстояния и акселерометр; камера 5Мpx с LED вспышкой.
Телефон невероятно тонкий и гладкий, немного тоньше, чем iPhone, но выполнен в стиле HTC. Довольно привлекательный.
Nexus One не далеко ушел от Droid. Он не настолько быстр, как хотелось бы, местами притормаживает (например, при перелистывании страниц экрана), хотя запуск приложений и переключение между ними происходит довольно быстро и плавно, как и навигация по картам Google. У Nexus One нет функции мультитач (хотя с версии Android 2.0 присутствует поддержка), поэтому все управление одним пальцем.
В Nexus One присутствует неплохая анимация и та красочность, из-за которой Android 2.1 гораздо приятнее, чем всего его предыдущие реинкарнации (включая Droid 2.0.1).
Смартфону от Google еще далеко до iPhone и даже до Pre в плане слаженности и законченности, но, как мы видим, Google задумывается не только о функциональности телефона, но и о его интерфейсе, что безусловно является хорошей новостью для поклонников платформы Android.
