Появление Magic Mouse удвоило продажи мышек Apple

Apple удвоила продажи мышек в ноябре, согласно данным от NPD Group. Впервые в истории компания достигла рыночной доли 10%. По расчетам аналитиков, продажи компании выросли после анонса Magic Mouse, даже если не принимать в расчет 21.5- и 27-дюймовые iMac.

Тем не менее, компания остается слабым игроком на рынке, занимая третье место после Logitech и Microsoft, реализация хвостатой продукции которых в разы больше. В ближайшие несколько недель интерес к Magic Mouse спадет, так же, как это было с другими продуктами Apple. “Time Machine в первые 8 – 10 недель тоже была на высоте”, – отмечает аналитик NPD Стивен Бэйкер.

Препятствием на пути у волшебной мышки остается отсутствие полноценной поддержки Windows. При работе Magic Mouse в этой ОС некоторые команды не работают. Logitech и Microsoft, напротив, реализуют свои продукты на обе платформы.
