Возможно, заключительная глава в саге Psystar. Компания обновила вебсайт перед праздниками, обратившись к публике с объяснением причин остановки продаж ПО Rebel EFI.

Между тем, с целью поднять хоть какие-то деньги, Psystar просит о пожертвованиях в размере от 20$ до 100$ и начинает реализацию футболок за 15$ с надписью на груди “I sued Psystar” (Я судился с Psystar) и на спине “… and all I got was a lousy injunction.” (… и добился только вшивого запрета).

Psystar – это нелегальный производитель клонов компьютеров Макинтош, который ранее проиграл в суде Apple за нарушение авторских прав по DMCA (закон об авторском праве в цифровую эпоху). Финальный вердикт был вынесен пару недель назад. По заключению суда компании предписывается свернуть деятельность до конца 2009 года.
