“Умные” папки записи в Mac OS X

Тот, кто регулярно делает бекап определенных файлов на компакт-диски, например сохраняет работу за день или неделю, может объединить с пользой две функции Mac OS X и создать смарт-папку записи.

Для начала необходимо создать папку записи в Finder, в которой будут находиться необходимые для архивирования файлы. Но, вместо того, чтобы каждый раз искать и перетаскивать нужные документы вручную, воспользуйтесь помощью смарт-папки. Для этого создайте в Finder новую смарт-папку (Alt+Cmd+N) и определите критерии поиска, такие как, например, тип документа, имя и дата создания файла. После этого сохраните смарт-папку в созданной ранее папке записи. Теперь Вам остается время от времени записывать на CD или DVD содержимое “умной” папки записи.
